You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and our quiet neighborhood. 

There are no parties allowed and quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am per the county - That means no outside noise after 9pm. 

This is strictly enforced by us, our neighbors, Sonoma county, and the Sheriff.
Amplified music is not allowed outside at any time.

Pets allowed with an additional fee of $150.  

Late check-out without permission: $100 for each additional hour.

No smoking anywhere on the property (inside and outside).

Note: There are cameras at the front of the house for security purposes. 

Rental Agreement:

The county of Sonoma imposes the following restrictions and rules:
1) No amplified music outdoors allowed.
2) Quiet hours between 9pm -7am
3) No outdoor fires after 9pm
4) No special events (weddings, parties, etc. unless permitted by Use Permit.
5) Maximum overnight guests is 8.
6) No outside guests allowed.
7) Two automobiles per bedroom permitted.
8) Pets must be secured on the property at all times. No nuisance barking. $150 pet fee. 
9) No hanging, pinning or taping decor to the walls. Guest will be liable for damages. 

Lastly, NO SHOES IN THE HOUSE PLEASE!
